Our ash cutting boards are made from wood that was originally bonded together by an Amish community in Ohio. They were shipped to a furniture maker in my community that specialized in Windsor chair making. When they retired we received many components. Mainly they were seats for the chairs, and solid blanks that hadn't been carved.  Cork feet are mounted to the base from a winery in California that saved corks from bottles opened for tastings. Our 4" hairpin legs are reclaimed from food warming displays from the sky boxes at our local football teams stadium. Let's talk about your preference.
