Our cowboy grill  is made from our local bread company's pan lids. Simply set over a pile of coals, and enjoy! The handle is made from springs from an automobile, which reduces the heat significantly from being conducted to the handle. Interestingly enough, the design of the lid allows liquid to drip through, creating a nice smoke off the charcoal without direct flame affecting your items.
