The story goes that the Alabama football coach (Bear Bryant) went into business with Mr. Hinton and created Tusco Wood Products. They had a contract to make these boxes for the government. We didn't want to alter the natural state, so we simply cleaned, lightly sanded the top, conditioned it with bee citrus wax, and added our hairpin legs. The hairpin legs were reclaimed from our local football stadium's sky box food warming granite slabs.
